• In-depth understanding of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective execution of fundraising activities.
• Proven ability to negotiate investment terms and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement a comprehensive pre-seed fundraising strategy tailored to SOULCHI's goals.
• Identify, research, and reach out to potential investors including angel investors and venture capitalists.
• Assist in developing pitch decks and executive summaries.
• Coach founding team on effective pitch delivery and investor communication.
• Leverage existing network and build new relationships with investors.
• Guide the company through the due diligence process.
• Assist in negotiating favorable funding terms and conduct market research to validate SOULCHI's value proposition.
