Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Cannabis, or equivalent.
• Three or more years of ERP experience as a skilled user or consultant.
• Prior business experience in finance and ability to describe end-to-end business processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical communication skills.
• Intermediate understanding of best practices in industries served by NexTec.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and design activities for the financial modules.
• Lead and/or oversee configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities of medium to large size or complexity.
• Provide coaching and quality assurance to team members.
• Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
