Requirements:

• 3 years of account management experience, including at least 1 year managing B2B SaaS clients.
• Experience using cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday, or Asana.
• 1 year managing USA-based clients.
• At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social and Paid Media projects.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for company clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and the delivery team.
• Identify client needs, maintain understanding of client products and business strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates.
• Develop understanding of company products for upselling and cross-selling.
• Create account management processes for maximum efficiency.
• Get progress reports from the delivery team and present to clients.
• Monitor client tasks and ensure requests are completed timely.
• Meet regularly with the delivery team to discuss progress and strategies.
