Requirements:

• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Minimum 1 year managing B2B SaaS clients.
• Experience with cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
• Experience managing USA-based clients.
• At least 2 years in Paid Social and Paid Media projects.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for company clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and the delivery team.
• Identify client needs and understand their business strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and meet invoicing needs.
• Develop understanding of company products for upselling.
• Document account management processes for efficiency.
• Get progress reports from delivery team and present.
• Monitor client-facing tasks and ensure timely completion.
