Requirements:
  • 3 years of account management experience, including at least 1 year managing B2B SaaS clients.
  • Experience using cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday, or Asana.
  • 1 year managing USA-based clients.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social and Paid Media projects.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for company clients.
  • Serve as liaison between clients and the delivery team.

  • Create account management processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Get progress reports from the delivery team and present to clients.
