Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 7+ years of proven experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite.
• 5+ years of Database Administration experience in an Oracle environment.
• 5+ years of experience designing data processing systems and applications for government clients.
• Demonstrated experience in developing technical documentation, design, and level of effort analysis for health systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develops analysis of hardware and software for proposed applications based on government specifications.
• Creates detailed level of effort analysis for implementing recommended solutions with cost estimates.
• Acts as a technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Collaborates with DBAs and technical staff to troubleshoot databases and applications.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for application modifications.
• Participates in application development activities and coordinates technical requirements.
• Assists in training less experienced staff and may lead less complex projects.
