• Proven experience in managing UGC Creators or teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating collaboration.
• Creative mindset to provide constructive feedback.
• Proficient in creating structured documentation for UGC creators.
• Passion for the video games industry.
• Ability to work independently and solve challenges efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact and manager for the community of UGC creators.
• Curate and review user-generated content submitted by the community for quality, creativity, and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators to encourage improvement and alignment with artistic direction.
• Ensure UGC aligns with artistic direction, technical requirements, and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content posts.
