Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related education/experience equivalency.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated successful resource development, sales and/or account management experience.
  • Track record of planning and managing corporate relationships, preferably in non-profit sector.
  • Experience working with high-level corporate representatives and volunteer Board members.
  • Successful 6-figure partnership pitch to execution experience required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and sales activation.
  • Highly skilled in project management, process/system development and developing implementation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to set and manage priorities.
  • Ability to build and manage project budgets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and cultivate corporate relationships and strategic alliances to secure financial support.
  • Build a pipeline of prospects to generate partnerships of $250,000+ with accountability of $4,000,000+.
  • Lead prospecting, solicitation, and partnership development for key accounts.
  • Maximize partnership relationships to grow revenue and volunteer engagement.
  • Serve as the expert on program-based corporate partnerships.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Engage in external activities to understand industry trends and react accordingly.
  • Support Resource Development team objectives including reporting and conference sponsorship.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and manage contract fulfillment.
