Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web/mobile design.
• Hands-on experience in sales activities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in solving business and user needs.
• Proficient in UX, UI, requirements elicitation, user research, information architecture, wireframes creation and prototyping.
• Capable of translating business KPIs to tactical tasks.
• Ability to present, explain, and advocate design decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Manifestation of KindGeek corporate values.

Responsibilities:

• Work on company strategy level.
• Lead Product Design Service.
• Create presentations and materials for media.
• Take part in client proposals and pre-sale activities.
• Consider design from a business perspective.
• Analyze business needs, research, and implement design solutions.
• Conduct workshops on various topics.
• Establish and manage the UX delivery process in the project.
• Lead design projects, overseeing team efforts.
• Grow into a Lead Product Designer role in the future.
