Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Python and Django Development experience
• Experience in Frontend Development using JavaScript Frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Good working knowledge of database technologies including PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with production concerns including Deployment, Security, Privacy, Cloud, Integration.
• Experience in starting with an idea, building a product, launching it, and managing subsequent issues.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a diverse multinational team.
• Advantageous: Experience with compiled languages (C, C++, Swift, Go) and in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day responsibility for turning the company’s product vision into working software
• Work closely in conjunction with the CEO who provides the vision
• Develop prototypes and drive implementation via iterative development cycles of the tech roadmap
• Identify solutions and make recommendations regarding solution architecture, software development tools, programming languages and frameworks
• Manage and work closely alongside partners, including digital marketing agencies and 3rd party front-end developers
• Evaluate complementary resources to accelerate development including 3rd parties, freelancers, and future employees
