Requirements:

• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional programs, preferably in learning solutions or EdTech.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management skills with experience in developing scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience in forecasting budgets and reporting with the ability to extract insights from financial data.
• Ability to lead through influence and engage teams across departments without formal authority.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), quick learner of new tools.
• Strong communication skills to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Standardize workflows and templates across client programs.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and develop KPIs for measuring efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation to meet deadlines while ensuring quality delivery.
• Present program updates to stakeholders with insights, timelines, risks, and recommendations.
