• Business acumen to set team priorities.
• Experience in an IT environment based on SaaS technology.
• Ability to understand stakeholders' issues and transform them into IT solutions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

• Align, coach, and motivate a team of 3 (2x CRM-Admin, 1x IT-Admin) to achieve objectives.
• Transform IT strategy into a tactical roadmap and ensure execution.
• Manage stakeholders to deliver continuous value.
• Maintain and develop a user-friendly CRM.
• Architect the SaaS IT landscape and align stakeholders with the team's vision.
• Oversee and support Sherpany’s internal IT operations.
• Manage third-party service providers and negotiate vendor contracts.
