Requirements:

• Must hold an active California Hearing Aid Dispenser License (registration in additional states is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting hearing aids for adult patients, preferably with remote fitting software.
• Availability during weekday business hours and ability to participate in rotating weekend coverage.
• Passion for providing empathetic client care.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Ability to apply clinical experience in a new service model.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Use clinical expertise to gather case history and interpret hearing tests.
• Determine hearing aid candidacy and build rapport with clients.
• Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video.
• Train clients with limited tech exposure to use tele-health services.
• Employ knowledge of hearing aids to improve clients' lives.
