Responsibilities:

• Own and improve processes to drive growth across top of funnel marketing.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via referrals or website.
• Handle inquiries and feedback from interested consumers.
• Enroll patients in the program and navigate financial discussions.
• Ensure a smooth patient enrollment process, including insurance credentialing.
• Provide non-clinical support and collaborate with staff to improve operations.
• Leverage technology to resolve patient challenges and define workflow priorities.
• Execute strategic projects for care package fulfillment and marketing enhancements.
