Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of implementation and support experience with Acumatica, focusing on Construction or Field Services.
• Experience in customer-facing business functions and strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers.
• Design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, and go-live support.
• Provide consulting estimates and project plans, maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
• Communicate status and issues, ensuring adherence to implementation methodologies.
• Lead requirements gathering and provide coaching to team members.
