Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in computer software, including Excel and other accounting packages.
• Bachelor's or Master's qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Business Law.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the accounting and finance departments.
• Managing the monthly financial and Board reporting.
• Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
• Measuring company performance against benchmarks.
• Managing yearly budgets and forecasts.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions.
• Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks.
• Identifying areas for business efficiency improvements.
