Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 9+ years experience in software professional services project management
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Enterprise software applications such as FSA or CRM and recent SaaS experience
• Experience in client services, project management in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Strong self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage project financial metrics and support account expansion plans
• Excellent communication skills including creating documentation and engaging with stakeholders
• Proven capability to manage scope change on multi-year projects
• Experience with cross-functional teams, travel up to 10% may be required
• Certification of PMI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost constraints with documented changes.
• Create and manage project work plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Lead and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and blockers.
• Track project milestones and provide status reports to stakeholders.
