Sr. IT Project Engineer

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT experience including Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• 1-3 years of end-user support for Microsoft Windows and troubleshooting home networks.
• 2-3 years of implementation and support of cloud products like Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• 1-3 years of supporting networking equipment like Cisco.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing.
• 2-3 years of experience with cybersecurity products.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Ability to automate tasks using Microsoft PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on technical project engineer focusing on onboarding clients and delivering technical projects.
• Build out client infrastructures including cloud-based SaaS solutions and common office technology.
• Perform cloud and infrastructure assessments, recommending enhancements.
• Continuously improve processes and integration efficiencies.
• Create and execute technical work plans to meet project deadlines.
• Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in research, design, and testing of technologies.
• Provide technical escalation and mentorship to Project Engineers.
• Attend client-facing meetings.
