Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
  • 3+ years as an in-house lawyer or at a law firm, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or online companies.
  • Strong knowledge of USA law, corporate law, contract law, advertising compliance, IP, and data protection.
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating various contracts.
  • Proficient in ensuring legal compliance for eCommerce operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure advertising and new products comply with regulations.
  • Serve as the legal point of contact for partners, clients, and suppliers.
