Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience in quality control and assurance of Video Games.
• Experience coordinating QA operations with Production and other Departments.
• Good knowledge of Jira.
• Experience in a remote working culture.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking software and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to manage stress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a motivation to improve.
• Reliable PC/laptop with stable internet connection, and dedicated Android/iOS devices for QA testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional testing across PC, web, and mobile platforms.
• Report real-time QA operations outcomes and defects to stakeholders.
• Create and send test reports and assist in planning.
• Follow up on issues to ensure resolution.
• Develop test plans with strategic methodologies.
• Communicate risks to Product Teams.
• Maintain documentation of knowledge and processes.
• Assist in backlog and defect grooming.
