Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong expertise in automating access role management processes.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Jira issues and providing user support.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and G Suite administration.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated processes for managing access roles.
• Collaborate with departments to understand access requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira.
• Administer and maintain Confluence for optimal performance.
• Manage G Suite, including user account management and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems' reliability.
