Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience in the Software industry.
• Knowledge of SumoLogic and Kibana (ELK).
• Experience with Alert Automation for server logs, specifically nginx and tomcat.
• Familiarity with databases and basic SQL for data retrieval and verification.
• Knowledge of SSH, SFTP, FTP, and PGP Encryption/Decryption.
• Understanding of ETL and File Transmissions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Expected to test, smoke test, and validate functionality of applications.
• Report and communicate on existing issues, their impact, next steps, and any relevant issues.
