Requirements:

• Highly motivated with a track record of closing business in large enterprise accounts.
• Minimum of 8+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably SaaS.
• History of exceeding sales targets and opportunity management.
• Skilled in negotiating with line-of-business and senior executives.
• Experience in solution selling with strong discovery and objection-handling skills.
• Great communication skills and a competitive, driven attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and extreme ownership of work.

Responsibilities:

• Target a focused account list of customers and prospects for growth.
• Develop and close new and upsell Dozuki Digital Work Training opportunities.
• Implement an account-based selling approach to exceed goals.
• Manage territory sales projections and share best practices with the team.
• Align Dozuki value to prospect needs through demonstrations and evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction and retention.
