Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the design, build, and deployment of IK12 solutions for your portfolio of customers.
• Drive product success through high-quality, scalable design and architecture.
• Engage with clients to understand their business cases and provide expert recommendations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of InformedK12 products.
• Proactively manage customer engagements to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage relationships across various levels in school districts.
• Design and execute strategic program roadmaps aligned with district goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback.
