Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience working on employment, compliance, or payroll products.
• Proven ability to take a product from conception to market adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good to have previous experience in the payroll space.
• Ability to set KPIs for success and align the team.
• Great problem-solving mindset, thinking from first principles.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure customers can hire, onboard, and pay a global team compliantly.
• Own the payroll stack and build new experiences and solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of international hiring and compliance.
• Define product goals and vision while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and measure KPIs for success.
• Define the product roadmap and work with engineers to deliver solutions.
• Interact with customers and iterate the product iteratively.
