• Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to market adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in HR or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the billing & invoicing experience for customers.
• Deliver world-class experiences through a self-serve SaaS platform.
• Own the billing & invoicing stack and build new solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of international hiring and compliance.
• Define goals and vision for the billing charter.
• Work with stakeholders in onboarding and payroll processes.
• Develop and measure KPIs for success.
• Define and own the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver solutions.
• Engage with customers to iterate on the product.
