Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous Data Hygiene in Mavenlink across Program Managers.
• Complete weekly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate performance goals in ADP.
• Drive client project plans by understanding objectives and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Oversee daily delivery activities per client requirements.
• Work with CSM to prepare for contract renewals.
• Devise and support growth initiatives while alerting CSM to growth opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop budgets and project plans for optimal client value.
• Evaluate client usage of the platform and suggest improvements.
• Develop detailed resourcing and project plans in Mavenlink.
• Monitor and oversee projects during delivery to meet budget and timeline requirements.
• Conduct standard RAID analysis and establish project governance.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client escalations during project delivery.
• Assess risks and issues, maintaining logs and contingency plans.
• Identify inter-dependencies between stakeholder groups to align risks.
