Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, preferably with knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives.
  • Proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a consultative trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing HighRadius customers.
  • Focus on developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with executive leaders and key client stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments to understand customer pain points and develop a roadmap for finance transformation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and manage sales activity by executing the HighRadius sales process.
  • Coordinate communication and action plans with internal HighRadius teams.
  • Attend in-person meetings with clients and industry events to build and manage relationships.
