Requirements:

• Diploma or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in Banking IT, with experience in a bank, consultancy, or software vendor.
• Proven track record of at least two significant project accomplishments.
• Involvement in at least one mid-sized or larger IT transformation project.
• Advanced knowledge of banking architectures and IT systems.
• Deep functional expertise in bank management domains such as finance, controlling, regulatory, risk, or reporting.
• Basic understanding of SAP architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver software solutions on projects with our largest clients.
• Design and plan large-scale finance and bank management transformations.
• Support the implementation of technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Compile functional and non-functional requirement specifications with customers.
• Design solution architectures for software products and platforms.
• Innovate and expand existing software functionality or design new software.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
