• 7+ years of experience working with and consulting senior HR leaders.
• Ability to develop deep relationships with employer and health plan customers.
• Experience sharing marketing best practices and creating omnichannel marketing plans.
• Proven record in innovative marketing tactics that drive user acquisition.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, data-driven influence.
• Curiosity and problem-solving across teams.
• B2B2C healthcare or health tech experience is a plus.
• Strong consumer marketing background, especially with Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel customer marketing campaigns.
• Focus on member enrollment through email, digital, direct mail, and other channels.
• Develop marketing strategies for Carrot's largest Strategic and Health Plan customers.
• Consult on marketing best practices and persuade clients to adopt strategies.
• Establish credibility internally and with clients as a marketing expert.
• Build and maintain key growth KPIs.
• Field requests from Carrot customers and lead strategies for user acquisition.
