Requirements:

• Experience with optimization tools and libraries (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, PuLP) with Gurobi as a primary platform.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms with at least one application built and deployed in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into mathematical models.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Building out Operations Research modeling for box filling algorithms and inventory forecasting.
• Developing machine learning models for grocery personalization algorithms.
• Conducting data analysis and interpreting results from experiments.
• Analyzing production data to inform future experiments and decisions.
