Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare industry.
• 3-6 years of experience with Specialty Pharmaceuticals/Biologics.
• Expertise in market access and reimbursement matters.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of reimbursement and access as a subject matter expert.
• Educate providers on prior authorization, coverage status, and funding options.
• Create productive relationships with HCPs and healthcare systems.
• Partner with Patient Support Team to ensure accurate coverage determinations.
• Develop business plans and collaborate on access strategies.
