Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or GED, required.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Two years of sales experience.
• Licensed in P&C, required.
• Telephone inbound/outbound experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship building skills.
• Must be able to work in the United States without Employer Sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Service and provide quotes on non-Horace Mann Products.
• Build relationships with Agents as well as respond to clients via email, phone, or Internet/Web.
• Work with Third Party Vendors to get quotes/applications processed.
• Bind sales.
• Understand, educate and implement new programs to positively affect new sales and customer retention.
• Track and report, secure approvals, payment and signatures to bind policies.
• Maintain daily contact volume to meet production goals.
• Utilize sales skills to ensure proper close ratios and service levels.
