Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years in the medical device industry.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and administering professional education programs.
• Urology experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 40% and adapt to changing work priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage educational programs for HCPs using Calyxo products.
• Create fellowship and resident education programs while building relationships.
• Lead initiatives with KOLs in the endourology field to establish partnerships.
• Execute peer-to-peer education and training initiatives to drive product adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align educational programs with strategic goals.
