Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience as an individual contributor.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience demonstrating inclusive leadership.
• Expertise in Budget and Project Management including forecasting and planning.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of creating proactive strategies.
• Excellent communication skills characterized by clarity, precision, and empathy.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Marketing Communications Team and Digital Marketing Specialist to meet organizational goals.
• Manage marketing omnichannel strategies, project communications, and execution.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop departmental vision and strategy.
• Ensure team members have necessary tools and processes for project execution.
• Determine KPIs and goals for the Marketing Communications Team.
• Nurture team development, delegate responsibilities, and promote diversity.
• Manage budgets and day-to-day project execution.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships related to marketing.
• Develop proactive marketing channel strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
• Provide feedback and address performance issues among direct reports.
