Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (not mandatory if other qualifications are present).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines bodily injury claims adjusting.
• Experience with third-party property damage, bodily injury, UM/UIM bodily injury, and litigation preferred.
• Active adjuster license(s) and willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.
• Knowledge of state regulations and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer service to all policyholders and claimants.
• Gather necessary information from customers to initiate claims and explain policy and claims process.
• Manage claims inventory and establish initial reserves while adjusting as needed.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, insureds, and attorneys within approved authority.
• Recognize recovery opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
