Requirements:

• Chartered Institute Qualifications minimum of DIP CII or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance claims management across multiple business lines.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong integrity and accountability in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of motor adjusters responsible for various accounts.
• Oversee personal caseload and larger, contentious claims.
• Achieve or exceed established goals and overcome obstacles.
• Implement best practices for all aspects of claims handling.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Align team operations with client expectations.
• Serve as a resource for escalated claims.
• Ensure accuracy in claims reserving and compliance with regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage team development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims-related issues.
• Establish relationships with external stakeholders and present claims reports.
