• 3+ years of relevant experience in resource scheduling & management, creative concepting, campaign production, and adapting toolkits.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with Project and Account Managers to forecast incoming projects.
• Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts.
• Provide solutions for bottlenecked projects.
• Work with Resource Managers in other regions to share resources.
• Pull weekly traffic reports and supply weekly capacity forecasts.
• Monitor team workload and share utilization reports.
• Build relationships with discipline leads and manage a shared talent pool.
• Assist with campaign reports and ensure accurate data in resource management tools.
