Requirements:

• High energy and a passion for ideas and effective visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of graphic design, print, and web technologies.
• Experience in brand identity and campaign identities.
• Social, digital, print and design experience; Visual Arts BS/BA degree is a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating ideas through to execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, and associated prototyping.
• Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea generation.
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
• Eye for consistency and integrating brand-specific visual design elements.
• A genuine interest in exploring AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects from start to finish, collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, social content, print, OOH, POS, and advertising.
• Define the look and feel for various design projects.
• Implement existing brand guidelines on projects.
• Develop user-centred and engaging responsive web and email layouts.
• Create printed collateral from start to repro-ready.
• Present work internally and to clients, managing workloads within agreed timings.
• Keep up-to-date with current design trends.
