Requirements:

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Jasper.
• Experience in model selection and prompting techniques for GenAI.
• Ability to deliver real-world advertising creative utilizing GenAI.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong personal communication and team management skills.
• Preference for prior agency experience.
• Strong written English skills for effective communication.
• Access to a reliable computer with internet speed exceeding 40 Mbps.
• Collaborative and optimistic attitude toward GenAI in creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Customer Success team to meet with clients and refine briefs demonstrating GenAI capabilities.
• Oversee GenAI Creators to deliver briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, and final creative assembly.
• Directly intervene in the creation process when necessary to ensure quality standards.
• Present creative outputs to clients and manage expectations regarding GenAI capabilities.
• Structure a transparent GenAI delivery process shared with clients.
• Collaborate with the Training team to explore and explain new GenAI techniques.
• Test new GenAI features and provide feedback for platform improvements.
