• Ability to simplify complex features into actionable onboarding steps.
• Comfort using GitHub for project management and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the onboarding strategy to help users get set up and understand the value of Grafana Cloud.
• Design and run A/B tests to identify friction points and improve the onboarding flow.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams for seamless execution of experiments and accurate tracking.
• Set and track KPIs like time-to-value, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior and test results to refine the onboarding process.
• Extend onboarding beyond initial setup to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Partner with the Growth Manager to align in-product communications and emails.
• Work cross-functionally to align goals and execute onboarding experiments at scale.
