• Ability to simplify complex features into actionable onboarding steps.
• Comfort using GitHub for project management and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding experience for Grafana Cloud, guiding users from sign-up to meaningful engagement.
• Develop and lead the onboarding strategy for Grafana Cloud.
• Design and run A/B tests to identify and improve friction points in the onboarding flow.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams for seamless execution and tracking of onboarding metrics.
• Set and track KPIs like time-to-value and engagement rates.
• Continuously analyze user behavior to refine the onboarding process.
• Extend the onboarding journey to drive deeper engagement and retention.
• Partner with the Growth Manager for aligned in-product communications and onboarding emails.
• Execute onboarding experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
