Requirements:
  • BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years commercial experience within the fan filter units (FFU) and/or Data center space.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Passionate customer focus and strong relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Desired: Experience with 80/20 and Power BI, with a high level of initiative and ownership of business results.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales targets while providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Creates and maintains projects in CRM, driving opportunities from lead to close.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans based on company goals.
  • Drives specification and end-user demand for PES air moving solutions.
  • Monitors customer and market trends and communicates risks and opportunities.
  • Leads quarterly business and performance reviews.
  • Negotiates customer contracts and establishes effective relationships with key project influencers.
  • Gathers information about projects, identifies decision-makers, and leads successful project wins.
  • Drives commercial and product strategies to outpace market growth.
  • Ensures high post-sales satisfaction and cultivates long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicates technical product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
