Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3 years minimum focus on Microsoft Security Solutions.
• Expert in Microsoft security technologies including Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Cloud Apps, Entra ID Protection, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Microsoft Purview knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Consultative mindset with a focus on client solutions.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Be a subject matter expert in delivery of projects and act as a major supporting role amongst the broader team.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to customers regarding initiatives and projects.
• Assist practice leadership in evaluating emerging technology, products, and industry trends.
• Support practice leadership and business development in evaluating and recommending technologies for projects.
• Develop comprehensive architecture plans focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Create architecture and design documents aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation including architectural designs, decisions, and changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the architecture and design phases of projects.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and comply with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to align architecture with project goals.
• Engage in training, development, coaching, and selection of less experienced team members.
