• 2-5 Years of Sales Experience with a demonstrated history of sales achievement.
• Experience thriving in a metrics-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and able to set and achieve goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience with a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Win new business and sell MasterLibrary solutions to existing clients through sales activities.
• Prospect for new clients by making 50+ outbound calls daily.
• Prepare and host product demonstrations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and manage accounts.
• Manage the sales process using Salesforce to update leads and opportunities.
