Requirements:

• Four-year college degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum eight years of overall IT experience.
• At least four years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
• Extensive experience in designing complex RPA solutions.
• Strong expertise in API integration and web services.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator setup and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UiPath RPA certification(s) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of UiPath RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct detailed process assessments for automation recommendations.
• Design and develop efficient RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Integrate RPA workflows with various applications.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator.
• Provide technical guidance to RPA development teams.
• Define and enforce RPA coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with RPA trends and participate in pre-sales activities.
