Requirements:

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or PsyD is required.
• A passion for redefining behavioral health for children and their families.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Openness to professional and clinical feedback, with interest in a supportive clinical environment.
• Appreciative of collaborative teamwork and the value of cooperative environments.
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services by meeting with patients regularly.
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments.
• Establish a positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Work within a child’s school schedule and provide availability during after-school hours.
• Collaborate with other specialists to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
