Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD).
• Experience delivering evidence-based practices for youth and families, such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, and Parent Management Training (PMT).
• Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Openness to feedback and work in a collegial environment.
• Initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments.
• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Collaborate with specialty providers to create integrated treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.
• Involve family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
