• Analyze 3PL performance metrics to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Implement root cause failure analysis and action plans for performance improvement.
• Manage operational resources to align with business forecast requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of storage utilization across 3PL.
• Communicate plans and identify cost reduction initiatives.
• Validate and reconcile 3PL invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Drive inventory accuracy and compliance with cycle counts.
• Audit and review 3PL SOP compliance annually.
• Support IT developments impacting the 3PL, attending depots weekly.
