Data Science Lead

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data science with a strong background in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with SQL and familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Proficient with collaborative cloud notebooks for data science.
• Familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Matplotlib.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete data science project lifecycle from defining problems to monitoring models.
• Employ sophisticated statistical analysis methods to improve digital twin model accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions.
• Shape overall data strategy and contribute to data-driven product innovation.
• Develop metrics to assess model performance and monitor models post-deployment.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and encourage experimentation among the team.
• Guide and mentor fellow data scientists.
