Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated effective experience leading people or projects.
• Demonstrated experience with bond underwriting and contracts.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of bond coverages, liability and value.

Responsibilities:

• Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
• Manages all bond production, underwriting activities and functions for the specified contract surety regional field operations team.
• Oversees the acceptance, declination and rating of risks.
• Prepares the budget and operation plans for the assigned territory.
• Develops and executes marketing plans for assigned territory within underwriting standards.
• Provides consulting expertise to customers and direct reports.
