Senior Manager, Learning Design

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of K-12 education systems and curriculum standards like Common Core.
• Experience managing content development or instructional design teams.
• Strong project management skills and experience with CMSs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of engaging learning experiences for K-12 students.
• Manage a team of instructional designers and content developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning design into product development.
• Oversee creation of digital curriculum content aligned with national standards.
• Ensure content is inclusive and accessible for diverse learners.
• Utilize data analytics to measure efficacy of learning design initiatives.
